The best chicken wings i've had in a while

Food was bland compared to other restaurants with the same dishes. Crab rangoon were some of the best I have had. With so many other Chinese options in the area I don't think I will return to this one.

We love Happy Garden! Great family owned restaurant, and super easy to get take out! Never had a bad meal, and food is always hot and delicious!

Great food, very friendly staff. My wife and I have been going there for years. Almost always get my order before the quoted time. I always tip them, they work hard and make delicious food. Tip your food service workers people, they deserve it.

While this used to be my favorite place, Boy have things changed!! Going back 1 month ago I ordered Chicken and Broccoli it was dried out! Went back the following week when the guy I have seen cook before sauce slightly different but always good and I bite down on what looked like some type of fiberglass $450 dental work...I swear never to return( only 2weeks after dental surgery) today I am persuaded by a friend. The food was just horrible! Egg rolls dark in color linguini noodles disguised as lo mein!! General Tso’s dried up like rocks and won ton overdone! $15.00 gone in the trash.. it was good while it lasted I will not go back! I’m hungry and disappointed.

Not my favorite place for chinese here in the Burlington/Elon area, but it is right down the street from my home so it will do. My favorite place is on the other side of town and not worth the trip everytime just for food. Staff here are always nice but they could step it up with the food.

Sesame seed chicken with pork fried rice and egg roll combo. Good value for under $8. Owners are friendly. Order was ready in 10 mins. on Thursday evening at 9pm.

I have eaten from numerous Asian restaurants, and although the service is excellent, the food to my taste buds is not American Chinese food.

Hands down the best Chinese food. Service is always excellent and fast. Our family orders from here almost weekly and we have never been disappointed. We love Happy Garden!

This is one of or maybe the best Chinese take out in the area. Tonight was very unusual in that it was extremely busy and instead of the normal 10 minutes it took approximately 45 minutes to get my order. They had said 30 minutes which was odd, and when I got there they had three very large orders for groups in process or finished and several of us were sitting there waiting. This won't stop me from going back because the staff is and food is good. We ordered chicken and broccoli, chicken and mixed vegetables, and chicken curry. Normally we get the family pack which is a fantastic deal, but tonight I didn't want to feed us with the egg rolls and wontons Etc nor the sodas. Their chicken wings are very good too. I was so tempted but did not get them.

General tso chicken is awesome lo mein is great too. Nice staff quick food and great prices

Happy Garden was just Okay. It's been hard finding a decent Chinese Restaurant in this area, and there are many to choose from. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was alright. And so were the egg rolls. Just typical, nothing blow your pants off. My biggest complaint was that it wasn't super hot. When I order out I want my food hot, not warmish.

Their food is awesome! Closest I’ve come to NY Chinese food since I’ve lived in the area. Lunch specials are awesome you get enough to feed at least two so it’s super budget friendly as well!!! You can dine in or take to go and they’re young kid friendly as well! Be prepared to wait at least 15-20 mins. For your food during busy times

Best Chinese takeout around! Try the orange chicken, general sao's, and the dumplings (the dipping sauce is amazing!). The family that owns this business is very nice and has been here a long time. Also, as a random side note for any kids who like to collect coins, they have a gumball type dispenser next to the soda machine that gives out coins from all over the world instead of plastic toys for 50 cents.

My favourite Chinese restaurant! Food is always fresh and good. Vegetables are well cooked and never brown like some places. Super nice people.

My wife and I were looking for Chinese and found this great place. The food was amazing, well prepared. Hot and sour soup was great. We shared moo shu pork and shrimp and vegetables. A place to go back to again and again.

Great little Chinese food place near downtown Gibsonville. This is the best Chinese I have found in the area and prices are reasonable.

No personalities here it is only about the task at hand and I have to wait with several others for 10 -15 min, all usually are masked,every time I go by the pick-up time they "sometimes" tell me. That said - very good food I have enjoyed repeatedly and it is all very hot temp. I have tried Hunan, Cantonese, don't miss the curries! I wish they would elaborate their seafood section beyond all those shrimp dishes. Oh, and a scallop dish. They could do some fish that are healthy and good for you and so much more.So, call ahead and add 8 or 9 minutes (be sure to ask) to the pick-up time. Don"t forget to ask for napkins and utinsils when they hand out the bag of food if needed and don't forget to grab the condiment packages on the front counter either. I have done all of these. Darn it everytime.

Friendly service. Hot and sour soup is more hot than sour, so be advised. All the food we ordered benefited a lot from some soy sauce - seems to me they have a nice flavor base, and let the diner choose their own sodium level. A good meal overall.
